Making a purchase:

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to process your order. We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch, American Express and Solo payments. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

 

Credit card security:

We take your security very seriously so for your peace of mind all payments are processed using the highest level of security available. The page where you enter card information goes direct to the bank's secure server - this means that we never have your card information but more importantly, your details are never stored on computer and there are no paper receipts.

 

Shipping and handling:

Our software will automatically calculate shipping and handling charges for all orders. "FREE POSTAGE". In order to save you money we do not offer "FREE" postage. We are realists, shipping companies do not post for free. Free postage means "we have already included it in the price". This is fair if you only order one item, however if you order several items together you could be paying the postage costs several times over. We calculate the lowest possible shipping costs based on the weight of your individual order.

 

Delivery:

We will normally despatch your order within 24 hours. Delivery times for international orders will vary depending on the shipping method that you select. If for any reason our carriers are unable to deliver to the address provided (ie. no one available to sign etc.) we reserve the right, at our carrier's discretion, to deliver to a neighbour. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.

 

 

Guarantee/returns:

You can return any item within 30 days of receipt in its original condition with all original packaging - for any reason. We will credit your card for the full value of goods returned less our postal costs as charged. We regret that we cannot accept returns of DVD, video, or book products where the item has been unsealed. Please put a note with the package, of your order number. We regret that items returned without an order number will not be processed. If you do need to return any item, our returns address is:

For International Returns (ie. from outside of the EU) a Custom's Declaration stating that the goods are being returned, either for replacement or refund, must be included with the Shipment. We are unable to accept International Returns without this correct documentation.

 

Damaged / Faulty Goods:

In the unlikely event that your package arrives visibly damaged, under no circumstances should you accept the delivery. However, should damage not be apparent on delivery please notify us immediately so that we can submit a claim without delay (many carriers have very tight deadlines).
